****Are You Painting or Doing Any Major Projects to Your Home?****
This notice serves as a reminder to all homeowners in the community of the following Architectural Guidelines, which are listed in the RDA CC&R’s and the Rules and Regulations:
"Any exterior alteration or change, including but not limited to, removal and installation of a mobile home, exterior repair, landscape or hardscape alterations, fencing, and/or painting, must obtain prior, written architectural approval from the Association. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or additional expenses to eradicate the unapproved item(s). Also, in some cases, a city permit may be required."

****Excessive Vehicle Speeds****
Children, pets, bicyclists, and vehicles backing out of carports are in danger of this reckless driving habit. SLOW DOWN! RDA’s posted speed limit is 10 MPH. The speed of all "wheeled" items are under RDA SPEED Enforcement Rules, and will be enforced, see the approved RDA BOD documentation which has been mailed to all owners, who are responsible to pass along to their renters and is available on the Portal.
**STAYING INFORMED**
The first and best way to be informed as to events, changes, and improvements to Rancho Del Avion is to attend the Board Meeting's Open Session (the date and time are listed above) and the Calendar on the Portal.
****Pool/Spa, Clubhouse, and other Amenities****
Note: You must accompany your guest and all non-residents of RDA when they are using the clubhouse or any of RDA's amenities, including—but not limited to—the pool, spa, playground, and laundry, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you “lend-out” your fob to anyone, it will be deactivated, and you will have to arrange to have it turned back on by attending the BOD meeting on the date stated on your violation letter you received from our property management company.

DO NOT OPEN THE GATE FOR ANYONE YOU ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR!
THERE ARE NO PARTIES ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA.
USAGE OF THE CLUBHOUSE, CLUBHOUSE PARK, AND SKATING RINK FOR PARTIES MUST FILL OUT AN RENTERS APPLICATION, *RENTERS MUST HAVE THEIR LANDLORDS APPROVE THE RENTAL, WHICH CAN BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE PORTAL OR BY EMAILING A REQUEST TO: jenna@compasspropertymanagement.com, or call them at 949-429-7717, Ext. 235.
*RDA Documents*
If you are in need of the Official RDA Documents, such as our CC&R's, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations, Clubhouse, Skating Rink, and Clubhouse Park: Rental Agreement, and Pool and RV Lot Rules etc., you can find them by accessing them through Compass' Online Portal App "AppFolio" (if you haven't activated your account please do so by contacting Compass). After signing-in, select Menu, then select: Shared Documents, then select: Homeowners Documents. By selecting a document, it will download to your computer/tablet/smartphone, from there you can view the selected document, save it, and print it out as a hard copy.
Back Gate
The Back Gate lock is being changed over to our current Fob system. DO NOT LEAVE THE GATE OPEN FOR ANYONE, AT ANYTIME, DOING SO DEFEATS IT PURPOSE. If there is a problem with the Gate email Compass Property Management at: jenna@compasspropertymanagement.com, or call them at 949-429-7717, Ext. 235.
**Laundry Room**
If you have a problem with a machine please call “COINMACH.” In doing this we can reduce the time it takes for solving problems. When calling, 1-877-COINMACH, or 1-887-264-6622, you will need to inform the representative where the machine is located, Rancho Del Avion, the machine ID number, which is located on the front of each machine, and what the problem is. The best time to call is at that moment, just in case they need more information. Thank you.

***The Clubhouse Dumpster***
The Rancho del Avion Board of Directors is pleased to announce the availability for residents to use of our dumpster bin for certain bulky items that are in need of disposal within our community. Any and all requests for the use of the dumpster must be pre approved, NO items are allowed to be left outside of the bin area for any reason.
Each request for use of the dumpster must be submitted with a description of the items including an approximate amount and size of the items to ensure that they will fit in the bin, and so we can get an estimate so we will know if there is ample space available to accommodate each request.
Just as with our regular refuse containers, NO illegal items are allowed, such as paint, electronics, or hazardous waste of any kind. If you have large items that qualify for a CR&R bulky pickup, please call them for information and to arrange pickup at: (877) 728-0446.
Please wait until you are notified, do not drop off or bring any items without prior approval, otherwise it will be deemed as an illegal dumping. Please submit requests via email or text, and include pictures if possible.
