RDA's Clubhouse is NOT a Public Facility
Only residents and guests of Rancho Del Avion may use the clubhouse, pool, and all other amenities on the property. Subject to availability, residents have access to the clubhouse for some private parties (restrictions apply). Reservations must be made through the RDA office. A contract between RDA and the resident must be executed and a refundable security deposit is required. Use of the clubhouse by residents is subject to strict rules and failure to follow them could result in the loss of the security deposit. Residents of Rancho Del Avion may NOT rent, sublease, or provide any other unauthorized access to the clubhouse (or any other RDA amenities) to a third party.

Guests must be accompanied by a resident when using the clubhouse (or any of RDA's amenities, including—but not limited to—the pool, spa, playground, and laundry).

Clubhouse Use FAQs
The following guidelines are not to be considered a complete listing of the rules that govern resident use of the clubhouse: They are but a few of the Frequently Asked Questions we receive from residents who want to use the clubhouse for a private party.

Q: Is alcohol allowed?
A: NO. No alcohol of any kind is allowed in the clubhouse or on the grounds around it. Failure to follow this rule will result in the loss of the security deposit.

Q: May I hire a band for my party?
A: Live music is not allowed in the clubhouse or on the grounds around it.

Q: May I hire a DJ?
A: No. Because of the proximity of some of your neighbors to the clubhouse, amplified music or voice announcements are not allowed.

Q: Can we have music at all?
A: Yes. We ask that you use standard, portable devices like CD players or iPod/iPad devices with small speakers. Again, this is about your neighbor's comfort, so use common sense and judgment regarding volume.
